It does not really matter so much who BOZO is really--the damage is done and the stock price is where it is. It is not like there are not other directors involved with WNCR/Vescan and this guy single-handedly did this alone.

As far as notifying the nasdaq and getting anything done I think we may be without much hope but could try. I think there is far less regulation on a Nasdaq OTC stock/company that is nonreporting issue than on any of the Canadian markets/exchanges. After all there is a reason the Nasdaq stock market attracts organized crime and they make lots of money on that market. I have read several major magazine articles regarding organized crime involvement/influence with Nasdaq stocks. It makes me wonder. As far as GR is concerned it does not surprise me that he does not know where the WNCR guy is--the guy probably wants it that way.
