A couple of questions.

1. There was mention of deffered revenue of about
6 Million - what is this? What does this mean?

2. How much financial impact will lawsuits have - any
guesses?

Any opinions/ info on above would be helpful.

I know, I know, I got greedy, took your advice and sold towards the dayend, wish I could have got some below 4 but the MM got all those shares. It may have opened at 2 or 3 but 4 was my in point. Maybe with the Cyber-Trader Station I'll be test driving next week one can grab these deals. No capital gains, rolled all my IRA and 40? plans into one big pile. Does averaging up mean I should have bought more VSNT (in at 5 1/8) at 6 and 7? No, I think you mean go after higher quality players. I have some core holdings, but like to play the game that was off limits through full service brokers and before the internet. I admit that with this approach todays gains may be gone tomorrow, the point is to build some gains to cover longterm position pullbacks, so I can average up emotionally. Thanks for the advice, always appreciated.
