Wow!!!

Thanks for sharing Schiff's thoughtful, reasoned response.

Are you finally coming to your senses?

That post in response to this one ...

You may want to reread that post or the article written by Adam Schiff Wharf Rat linked in it: nytimes.com

It is quite timely and Ari Melber discussed the last Impeachment and removal on his Impeachment special last evening. You are quite familiar with the legal scholar that led the defense team that 'Scumbag' Schiff the Lead Impeachment Prosecutor made 'mincemet' of and wiped the Senate floor with back in December 2010. That Senate trial was the first full Senate Impeachment trial (and the last) since Clinton’s 1999 impeachment. It began in September 2010. Schiff was the Lead Prosecutor and Georgetown Law Professor Jonathon Turley lead Judge Porteous's Defense Team.

On Decenber 8, 2010 the Senate voted to remove Porteous as a judge and revoke his $174,000 annual pension. reaching the needed two-thirds vote, or 67 senators on the 1st of 4 Articles of Impeachment. All but one article of impeachment got more than 90 votes. The closest was a 69-27 vote on the more vague charge that the judge engaged in a longstanding pattern of corrupt conduct demonstrating his unfitness.
