Dave,
I had the same problem last week with Quick&Reilly they said that
you could not have 2 limit orders on the same stock at one time,

but said that I could place 2"nd order through a broaker on telephone
at same rates as internet tradeing

Do you mean if you decide to sell (quickly) at market that you have to cancel the stop or limit orders?? Sorry for being sort of off topic all but ...
