intra-day chart sure looks like a reversal now. keep your powder dry--i think we'll have plenty of chances to buy more @12 before MCA approval of second plant.

RR, a few observations and their TA ( for Tunica A's. not technical analysis, gg ): - 1st; it's gotten awfully quiet on this thread ever since Vivus started going up. TA: Vivusites are holding their breath and they don't want to say anything to jinx this baby's ascent. No problemo.I'll try and keep the " noise level to a minimum, gg. -2nd; large ask to bid 99:14 this AM, reversing later in the PM. TA: -the large ask are part of the 13 mill people !! who traded a month ago when Vivus went down.They are the weaker hands, who want to get out; " they CAN'T STAND THE HEAT " GG,!!! plain and simple; that's allright too, we are all different; that's what makes the world go round. I still love you, gg. -3rd:Price slowly going up but at low volume. TA: -some shorts are "reluctantly" ( ie kicking and yelling) covering? -some new buyers in. -New buyers at the bottom 10-12.5 ( Reality of Risk, Dave Chanin ,even TA and BigKNY3 gg,are reluctant to part.They are now "Vivus hardened investors, not easily fazed; been through the worst; willing to hold on; they see " $50 " sign dangling on the horizon, gg.( all this just a wild guess now David, don't get carried away; possibly a case of irrational exuberance. Could Kaszyski's attorney's have used this if it is determined that Kasz had invested in Vivus? Just a thought. 4th;(1500hrs).Stock up to 14 1/4. TA:- the 13 mill buyers at 14.5 are ??? having a change of heart? Re: don't sell? Their reasoning ( as dermined by the TA technique of market mysticism combined with irrational exuberance ): - They see a certain stability to the stock's steady ascent ( possibly caused by Vivus ,through an Institution,strategically placing buy orders, such as at the open, when some shorts want to dunk the stock down; large buyer rapidly comes in and buys large amount, thus leavint the price relatively unchanged, as in you ,"are tightening the Bollinger bands "?gg - they state " after all I did invest in this for a reason.Reason (s) still there. - what else shall I buy? - maybe I should wait till Monday ( gg, it'll be a tough weekend for you guys(gals) to get through ) before deciding. I would appreciate any corrections additions deletions to the above. I admit that part ( or heaven forbid ! ) all of the above may require substantial or even complete revisions, but I am willing (only for Vivus's sake ) to submit to that. Shoot. TA PS: CAUTIONARY NOTE: IMHO if these 4-8 mill buyers at +/-14 should decide all of a sudden to hold insted of sell , it is very possible that in few days next week Vivus could be 20-25? <GGG>
