My daughter works as a writer and does editing - one way some folks approach publication is to write a first draft and then have a pro edit /rewrite the tomb - that and a few drafts would make tracing who wrote it problematic.

These don't seem to be the sharpest tools in the shed - they are playing checkers in a world of 3d chess - you can see it in their fiasco-after-fiasco governance style. They'd have to be intellectually curious, deferential and humble.
