I agree...yearly revenue increase, esp. in license revenue, is phenomenal. Guess this tells you what kind of market we're in. Maybe the market is waiting 'til OTEXF has earnings as good as DCTM. I believe they will. Both seem to enjoy a healthy growth niche.

The numbers looked good, especially the license revenues. But I wonder if the company included revenues from its OnTime division.

Since there is a one-time charge for the acquisition, I would assume it included the OnTime revenues. OnTime did about 7.7M for the last 4 quarters prior to the acquisition. It should have about 2M of revenues for this quarter. If we take out 2M from the reported revenue, the number would look bad instead.

I'm not sure if the OnTime revenue is included. The operating expenses did not show any impact from the OnTime division since it only had a minor increase. (About 500K over last quarter.)
