Addi I don't thing you are missing anything. 16 is low no doubt. The issue is the uncertainty thing. Something like this: If there is a 100% probability that LSI will earn 1.4 this year and say 1.8 next year - bang the stock will shoot up. But since the company (and some of the consumer markets) need to surprise positively there is an uncertainty built into the stock price. That won't go away unless the revenue growth is definitely seen. P/Sales might be better and on that basis this price low 20s is OK I think.
