Well, at least the operating income(loss) line, BEFORE special one time income(expense) items was improved! While the one-time breakup fee certainly helped make the quarter profitable it is encouraging to see DSL revenue up 83% albeit on a small number!

Good Luck To Each And All

joe--

first, TI is a partner, not a competitor.

now, lets take the rest...CDSL from rockwell and nortel...do we know anything about this solution? is it DMT, CAP or what?

MOT...silicon supplier to WSTL AND another partner.

HAYZ....they are with ALA in all of this.

of course, the fact that it is a standard means everyone will make it. and that is good for us. we have the relationships needed with the big boys to compete with the 500 lbs. gorillas like 3COM/USRX. 3COMs strength is with the ISPs, ours is with the telcos. they have an uphill battle ahead of them, IMHO.

good luck to all,
trey
