That's a good question. I don't know. I was thinking more in terms of IXC's fiber routes as opposed to the transmitted content (of which PSInet will be supplying a certain amount). Just dropped 1/4. Someone wanted to exit? If a telco wanted to buy IIXC's fiber, would they get a better deal tahn PSIX I wonder.. if not then it might be worth it to take over PSIX, if so then this bid might've been used to break the IIXC deal (As Mr CEO suggest it would). In any case, this stock looks like it's breaking down :( Short of any miraculous recovery like yesterday (now THAT's manipulation if you ask me) I think we're going to end in the 7's.
