<< My question is what is your proffesional position, that you have clients? >>

I do some private money management for friends, family, and a couple acquaintences.

<< Do you advise your clients to take positions because the tape is telling them too? >>

My clients let me do what I want. They aren't interested or don't have the time to follow the market. They leave all the decisions up to me.

<< Do you tell your clients that you are no accounting expert, but FIBR is a great short >>

They don't care even if I use witchcraft. I make them money that's what counts.

<< Do you miss opportunities for your clients because you don't understand uptick rules? ARE YOU A SCAM???? >>

Why don't you send me a check for $10,000 and find out if I'm a scam or not. I thought I understood uptick rules pretty well.

Have you ever heard Peter Lynch quoted as saying something to the effect of "If one could be successful at picking great stocks by just looking at balance sheets then accountants would all get rich by playing stocks".

Also reminds of a CPA that I argued with on the GIFS thread. He was sure that his accounting mastery was gonna prove me wrong. Too bad he didn't understand that the company was outright lying and misleading investors. Go read that thread. All the FIBR bulls sound EXACTLY like the people on that thread did. Once again I was the only vocal doubter on that thread and no one listened to me. I argued with them for months. Now the CEO is a fugitive from justice and the NYT ran a full page article on the front page of the business section about how investors were fleeced out of 10's of thousands of dollars. Now there are no market makers who will make a market in that stock. It is completely worthless.

The parallels with this situation are frighteningly similar. So don't give me this baloney about how you have to be an accounting wizard to make money in the stock market.

I have a bulls---- detector that is more valuable than any accounting degree. It rarely ever fails me.
