IIRC trials usually go from the prosecution saying "Here's the evidence", to the defense saying, "You know, this seems reasonably doubtful, because ...", both for individuals, and for the totality of the case. Jordan tried to do that with his 6 people and 4 conversations, whatever. Soon, Schiff will question somebody who was actually on the call. Jordan will say he's an evil person, so he doesn't count.
