If they don't draw up articles of impeachment, there will be no vote. They need to identify an impeachable offense first. They have had three plus years of nothing. When they lack something they manufacture it until it falls apart. Now they are saying : Bribery.

And thus I shall bring up my really horrible joke for which I might be impeached from this board! (so be it) The impeachable event was when President Trump had two scoops of icecream! . . . . . . .
