Charles. Very timely release, and I believe that it does carry that implication. However, I'd still like to know how soon the 1000 gal approval might be given. Sounds like it could be weeks to months. Maybe that is something to talk about if some of us go to Charleston in a week or so. Regards, Carl

Charles,
While any news is good at this point, there isn't a thing here that one would not have assumed months ago were in place and many even purchased stock with those assumptions in mind. It is good that finally we actually see and read that progress is being made. Still, the hedge words are there.
