TKA -

I agree it would be better if Mike F. put his thoughts on the thread. I also talked to him about 12;30 and received the same info. Working towards a release mid-week.

I got the feeling that Wilson will leave, but the issue of 90% of his net worth being tied up in the 1,126,000 shares is a major problem. I suspect that they are trying to find an institutional buyer or buyers for a portion of these shares. IMHO.I expressed my concerns that the longer we go with no statement the more damage is done in the market to the stock.

TKA,
Mr. Fearnow was very sensitive about giving out information via non 'official' channels. I can't blame him given the fact that even the official channel releases have not come off that well. He did say that he was monitoring the thread, but I doubt if he would post directly. My interpretation of his impression of the SI thread is that it is driven be fear, greed, ranting and raving. I am not sure how much clout the SI thread has since the talk has degenerated somewhat from constructive analysis to a witch hunt.

He spent most of our conversation focusing on the positives of BNGO, including:
- Good capitalization
- Good earnings and earnings growth
- Bingo hall expansion plans, etc.
- Good management team ( His management discussion was very 'Corky' focused.)

He seemed convinced that the recent VGM flap in SC would blow over, and that it would mean higher taxes but not a ban.

He spent quite a bit of time with me, which I appreciated since I am a very small-fry compared with others. But he was stepping very lightly.

Thats about all I know. Feel free to call him yourself (713) 840-7500.
