Angel, I am confused by this too. We have statements from RMIL that supported the concept of previously filed financials within 18 months, then there is the position that RMIL is withholding the 10K to inhibit the possibility of trading until they decide to, which reportedly is when they receive the $10,000,000 dollars on the 28th. Two conflicting statements and the NASD wording is somewhat ambiguous. What I find interesting there is that now the company is determining when a shareholder may have liquidity in their stock position.
