HI El,

Can freedom once released ever be put back into submission.

Not much in history of a track record for that.

Not sure how hard it is to leave,but if I was in Hong Kong - I'd run as fast as I could to leave and find freedom.

Pursue education??

Tienanmen square would have been revisited again in this current protest against Communist takeover. If it they were not afraid it would offend the US and hinder trade negotiations. Soldiers firing live ammunition into the protest crowd. Randomly killing them. All they are asking for is more freedom than communism provides.

Strange how the world is a merry-go- round. In China where it is communist, They are fighting for more democracy and free enterprise.
In the US schools, universities and Democrats are brain washing the young, the poor and other gullible people to push to become more communist.
