HI SHOOTIE,

The farmer who leases my ag land has an old Ford 5000.

He loans it to me over the summer - works great.

My food plots are in the low run off lands.

The heavt sod seem to stop erosion.

Once tilled , the food plots have much reduced sod springing up.

It appears to be a good working plan so far in year # 2.

Not sure how the radish works - too early and no hard freeze yet.

Once a hard freeze hits the sugars ferment and become very attractive.

The radish and beets help in wintering as a very late food source.

The terms are confusing as the radish looks like huge carrot popping out of the ground. The beets are dark red and look like a huge radish.
