Mueller didn't say he didn't collude. Collusion is not a crime. The crime is conspiracy. From Trump's own words and the actions of Russia we can see with our own eyes that they worked together to 1) help Trump and 2) hurt Clinton. No one disagrees with this. The fact that Mueller is a republican is probably the problem. He refused to answer even the most basic questions posed to him. If we want to learn the truth about his report, he needs to answer every question posed to him. His refusal to answer questions proves he's corrupt.
