Hello, Doug. I agree with you that Oak has too much cash on hand. They should utilize the cash to enhance shareholder value by either buying back more shares or acquiring new products and technology.

OAKT dosedived today. It does look like that Oak stepped in and bought anything. So the share buyback program is probably not going to be carried out to the full extent, to say the least.

Regards,
Baoho

Doug, I whole-heartedly agree, management is flying this ship by the seat of their pants. They have missed market opportunites with their product releases (setups or other product value add features to attract clients were skipped), have not secured any major contracts in the past year, have made pitiful progress in revenue diversification, appear to lack a strategic plan and now finally came to the conclusion that cutting slow growth sectors is necessary to eliminate some overhead that can't be supported by new sales. Their stock buyback at this time is a worse deception than what Clinton is trying to pull off.

I also have great expectations for the two new management positions, it can't get any worse and it appears to be our only hope. Maybe some business savy new execs can buy our way out of this mess through acquisitions or a potential merger. I've held this stock long enough and I guess I have the right to be pissed.
