Was going to post the same thing. My First thought Was that Frank has to be very confident the FNET IPO will go off by june 30,98. But yes there would be further dulution in FTEL, IF the FNET IPO does not go OFF. Looks positive me in that the FNET IPO will happen before then. Of course I'm a little Biased!!!! On another note I will be Visiting Franklin on Feb. 17th. Really looking forward to the Visit. Unfortunatly will not be able to make the Meeting on the 27th Neil W
