Lets take a look at how a 14 year old might look at this scenerio..
A public company that has:

FAMH 8 million dollars in revenues
a stock price of .34

Buys another company that has:

60 million dollars in revenue.

The proportionate increase in stock price assuming FAMH is value correctly at .34 should produce an increase multiple of approximately 8 times. .34 x 8 = $2.72 if properly valued.

I know dont scream at me but if this kid is correct I'll never hear the end of it....
