There you go sweez, like your post. Tobacco and gambling and anything else are not "bad" in themselves. Its up to individuals to use these things for their betterment and enjoyment or not. It is not up to the gov to tell us how to protect ourselves. That some people want it otherwise is why those of us who want to be responsible for oursevles are fast being coerced (sp?) into losing our rights.
