Good morning, Mikey

Proper entry for IMNX may be here soon. Stock hovering about its 200-day ema, earnings Feb 4th, analysts ready to pounce, BMY has filed suit against company. Any insights to add to this?

SEATTLE -- Immunex Corporation (Nasdaq:IMNX) confirmed today that, as expected, a complaint has been filed by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY) in the U.S. District Court in Newark, New Jersey, alleging infringement by Immunex of two U.S. patents pertaining to the product Taxol(R). Immunex filed an abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) in August 1997 requesting U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval for its competitive product to Taxol. In its ANDA, Immunex certified that the Bristol-Myers patents are invalid and not infringed by the Immunex ANDA.

Michael,

Interesting market sentiment. What were the blocks doing on TLAB?
Looks like the demo at ComNet overrode earnings results for DIGI today. Later.
