Correct Explanation of DIGL Revenue Recognition Policy and Deferred Revenue

REVENUE RECOGNITION - Revenue is recognized at the date of shipment, as the Company has no further significant obligations.

DEFERRED REVENUE - Deferred revenue, which primarily represents amounts billed to customers in advance of shipment of goods, is recorded at the date of billing. Revenue is subsequently recognized at the date of shipment.

This is pulled off their latest 10K.
