This is what I stated after you suggested you put it up. Am I surprised. NO. Do I own it. NO.. Fintas

"I can't speak for what is going on but one look at this chart helps one to see where the TVIX was going into Jan 2019 after that large sell off.

So the reversal off that sell off is clear and I would suspect many adjustments had to be made and are still being made.

I can't speak for where the low will finally be but both the RSI charts for the peer and Trend are in O's and over sold.

That would suggest a bottom is nearing.

This I will say, there's 50-100% to the upside coming. It is just from WHERE.

9.72/8.10/6.48? I doubt the latter 2. Regardless whether from 10 or a tad lower one can see the upside."
