Just about every closeup picture of Trump's eyes show this extreme dilation of the eyes, regardless of whether he's inside or out in the sunlight. Here's how it's explained at MedicalNewsToday.... When someone's pupils dilate in an unusual way, it's called Mydriasis. This may be caused by an injury, psychological factors, when someone takes certain drugs or medications,or a stroke. Several different medications can cause mydriasis in one or both eyes. Antihistamines, botox, muscle relaxants, and drugs used to treat Parkinson's disease may all cause the pupils to dilate. Anticholinergics, which are used to block neurotransmitters in individuals with COPD, urinary incontinence, and other conditions, also have this effect. Recreational drugs that include cocaine, LSD, ecstasy, and amphetamines can also cause dilated pupils. Damage to the third cranial nerve can cause third nerve palsy, which interferes with the body's ability to control eye muscles and can result in mydriasis. Also, and increase in Oxytocin may cause the pupils to dilate. Oxytocin is a hormone and a neurotransmitter that is involved in childbirth and breast-feeding. It is also associated with empathy, trust, sexual activity, and relationship-building. -------- None of these possible causes are good - some worse that others. Any other president would probably have felt compelled to explain this to the American people. Of course in Trump's case, he would feel any mention of an affliction might suggest to others that he's not as perfect as he claims. And we certainly can't have that, now can we. Deb Grandpa0594 I have noticed this too, Grandpa. All you can see is the pupils, making his eyes totally black, and making him look more evil than he already is. Most of the time his eyes are puffy and swollen, accentuating the look.
