There has been no Presidential administration in history which did not have a swirl of controversy over various money and political scandals.

And I really do feel that--in terms of convicted members of a presidental administration--Reagan beat everyone. In terms of subsequent convictions for serious criminal offenses, you can't do better than Nixon. Compared to these guys, Clinton's a piker. Pathetic, really.
