I have not been able to locate the 96 10k on Edgar, yet. Mmmmmm. Can someone please explain the term "Goodwill" to me, wow, $11,940,000.00 in goodwill? I sure hope they turned some of that 96 goodwill into some 97/98 revenues! It's going to be a long 90 days till they become full reporting. I am very interested in seeing what kind of progress they made in 97. I hope that is why they are starting the filing process, to show in steps the companies growth in rev's and assets over the last couple of years. Charlie
