You completely misinterpreted my comments, which emphasize that meaningful agreements are often achieved only when not publicized, in order that nations or firms involved do not have to admit publicly any wrongdoing. There is no bias here. It's just common sense dictated by the necessity of respecting others, which you appear to be incapable of doing. You don't even sign your name to your comments.
