A few comments about the new SEC rulings. Computer info has to be replicated; timing of limit orders posted is a question. Most stocks are thinly traded; matching buyers with sellers are at best chancy. However, most limit orders are scooped up because of lack of transactions (business) unless it is a sell order, but not a stop loss order.
