Sour Grapes or what. Maybe it is just miscommunication between the two persons that were contacted. Or maybe one did not know of the problem as of yet. The market is crap anyway - why not just short it and leave it to the ones that believe in CBM and the long play. It sounds like you would be a lot happier on a different thread. Oh to be a broker in todays market!!!!!! The Condo Guy

Geoff- I don't believe the company either as I've been told conflicting things and if it is a case where by the officers or employees are buying(or selling) the shares and have given false info then they're guilty of securities violations, not that it would concern them. However, your comment on whether to short them or go long. You cannot short a stock of such low value as it doesn't meet margin requirements.
