Call Toshiba and see if you can upgrade to Windows 10 on your model. I could not on mine, Toshiba told me they were not compatible and they were right I tried upgrading and had nothing but problems, lots of features on the laptops would not work under Windows 10, as they warned me. I am sorry I bought Toshiba.

You are better off getting a new laptop with Windows 10 installed. Don't buy anything else from Toshiba.
