Thanks for the good report. I have acquired quite a large postion in ACTM by averaging down. I started at 30. I don't think you will be right on the PE of 28. All the ECM's and especially the smaller domestic ones have had their PE's reduced. I have lowered my expectations to about 18 PE. I wrote a PCB company recently to suggest they follow the DIIG example and buy into the assembly area. I mentioned ACTM as one candidate. As you can see I don't like to be underwater with a stock. ACTM and SFLX are my blub, blub blubs. Whoops forgot ELAMF, can't see it I guess from the surface- its too deep.

Good news! They absolutely know now what the results are for the quarter. I like his understanding of the Asian impact. However, it sounds from your remarks that business is not booming.

I also agree with the next poster that your valuation is too high.
Their valuation has to line up with peers, and they have to restore credibility. However, if they can meet expectations for Q4 and restate comfort with Street estimates, we may see more upgrades, although that might take the second quarter's results.

An aside on Asia. I have long been less positive on the ECM's with Asia exposure than our ECM thread brethren because I thought all the ramifications were unpredictable, and some clearly not positive.
Food shortages and riots in the streets if they were to become an issue might remind ECM employees there as well as investors that getting to work and doing a good job at the local ECM plant is not at the bottom of the "needs" pyramid.
