My wisdom teeth were extracted by my uncle (dentist) in the late '60's. Two at a time, none were impacted and only one had broken the surface of the gum.

Both sessions went as planned. Injected with local anesthetic, removed the teeth, no infections and no dry sockets.

I think your autoimmune condition could have played a role in your problems.
