Ron I take 50,000 IU D3 every morning for 12 years to get my immune system working for me instead of against me! Thankfully D3 treatment is very successful if taken in a pharmaceutical dose. It will take 60 days for D3 to start working. Take it all in the morning. I needed 2 knee replacements as I have bone on bone in both knees with no meniscus in either knee.
