<< Osicom has at least $15 million of untapped credit on it's line of credit. And I know for a fact that one of it's units recently just got an increase on it's line. >> Oh really. If they can get $15 million so easily why did senior management do a Reg D for themselves on the last day of the quarter on Halloween? They had only $220,000 in unrestricted cash without the $1.04 million from the Reg D that they did. How many private placements do you think they are going to do in 1998 to finance their activities? This company has never been able to sustain itself from it's operations.
