Omnichrome, You said... >>I believe the 17-18M closely held FAMH shares are free trading. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.<<

Ira told me a few weeks ago that those shares (17-18M) are restricted for at least another year. So they would NOT be free trading at this time.

Best wishes,
Brad

Hello all:

Throwing this out to the group---I might of missed it somewhere int he last few thousand posts but...

somewhere it was said 60% is closely held.. which is very good.. if true.
Does anyone have hard numbers or has asked (Brad?) Ira about a) Ira's insider ownings and b) Adam Arif's ownings.

How many shares do they each own?
Also, without getting specifically into his salaray I'd like to hear if Ira is paid in part with stock and/or his salary is structured to take into performance of the stock like many president's/CEO's of public companies. Thanks if anyone knows and if not, Brad can you ask next time you speak to Ira on the personal Bat Phone *grin* Since you can reach him almost anytime I know you have his # to the cool red phone in the Bat Cave .

Hmm those shares picked up at .25 just 2 days ago..looking good today. Could of sold for a 2 day return of 32% today.. nah will wait this one out ;)

P.S. For anyone who holds for a year or two and IF we ever reach say $8-$10--let's organize a FAMH stockholders trip to those who bought under .40 to a remote all inclusive resort island and spend some of our profits. Or maybe instead of a dividend FAMH can give that out to a bonus for those who "bought in and supported the company in the dark time when the company was a Penny stock--way back in the old days".

As Wayne J would say JUST MY OPINION!!!!!!! (Did I use enough exclamation points?) *grin*

On a silly Friday evening,
Mark
