That isn't exactly what I meant. I meant to emulate him in a human way, not to try for the saintly path. I meant it would be wonderful if we could love our neighbor, and do unto others, etc, without an organized religion behind us. I try to be that way, and like all humans fail miserably at times, but I allow my animal nature is frequently in conflict with what I would term my better nature, the part of me that longs to be better than my worst passions, and to be closer to what I perceive as truly good and kind. I don't think this would lead others to be satanic, but who knows?
