My reading of Watergate shows the courts fast tracked all the lawsuits. This court allows one appeal after another after another so impeachment becomes meaningless. When the courts allowed these appeals to go forward, they destroyed the Constitutional power to impeach. A Congress has only two years before a new Congress begins so all a president has to do is postpone everything for two years and that's very easy to do when the court is corrupt.
