A new downtrend depends on the intervals on which you're monitoring. I would claim it is a continuing downtrend.

Even if the technicals don't indicate a downtrend, the fundamentals surely do.

As you can see, the gap did signify a change in trend.

It's correct 90% of the time.

NNVC has had 3 gaps in the last 3 years, and each one has demonstrated a significant change in trend. With NNVC the two trends have been sideways and down, but never up.
