"Anyone who thinks China is going to 'lead' the world on carbon emissions is smoking some powerful shit." If you practice enuf, you get used to it. The country which will lead on emissions is prolly Costa Rica. China will just be the ones coming up with new technology for the rest of the world. They will prolly also secure resources in third world countries in exchange for developing solar/wind farms.
