KS, Joe said this afternoon's release was an attention getter like the buy back release. He is saving the best for the next 3 releases. Announcing the dividend may have something to do with the listing. Regardless, we have a BB company with a buy back and a dividen. This has to be a first. Best Regards

Dear Ken : The first two waves were attention getters.Both were intended to draw attention to the company(in that it just doesn't behave like a bb stock.),the first to support the stock and the second to reinforce support and give back to the shareholders something besides price appreciation.Now that we have that objective out of the way we are cleared for the third wave

What this does imply is that DCI's financial health is apparently a lot better than we all may have speculated, which means that the next quarterlies will be killer! This is not at all what I expected, but I think it's brilliant. Before they disclose any new deals, the company is setting out in clear terms their conviction that the future prospects are very strong. This is all preparing the soil for coming waves related to tangible deals, and I think that it shows a great deal of thoughtfulness on the part of DCI management. When the deals are announced, they will fall on ears that have already been primed. This is really smart for a BB company that doesn't get the same exposure as the big guys. You guys are truly amazing! It's this kind of savvy that has convinced me to continue to add to my DCI holdings! PA
