Yes, I are "attacking" you for being dishonest. Really, it's just more about acknowledging and promoting the truth.

Because you continue to spread falsehoods, like your continued libel against me when you call me a paid shill, all while I have told you many times I have never been paid by any biotech company ever to do anything, and you have no evidence to support your claims, since there is none.

It's definitely easier to attack someone else with more falsehoods than to tell the truth. Fun games, huh?

It's great that you have an opinion, and it's OK when people disagree, but lying and pretending to be someone else and other various games is very unbecoming. Can't keep my mouth shut about it, sorry amigo.

Regarding, "hold(ing) the management of the company (you) support and invest in to the same standard for honesty," what do you expect?

Unless someone who claims to have inside information (you) comes forward with proof of fraud (which you claim to have), what can a small retail shareholder like me do?

What is the publically (or privately to you to your super secret sources) available proof of fraud?

It would be good to hear what things are considered the most obvious and egregious examples of alleged fraud.

For instance, what is the proof that this was intended to be a scam from the beginning, as you claim?

Where is the proof that the science doesn't work, which implies all the collaborators across over a dozen institutions have colluded and conspired nefariously, as you claim?

If I had to pick something, I would have to say it was them not being forthcoming about why FluCide development was halted, about why they never met their timelines, and about the true status of manufacturing capacity over the years. There is no obvious proof of fraud in my mind, just more that shareholders were kept in the dark and that raises a red flag in itself.
