laurens: I've heard of Kostech! They were my first source of info concerning HVSF. I hold myself responsible as I rode it up and down. However, when I asked them to advise me why HVSF recently awarded them 100,000 shares as compensation the response was: We're not permitted to discuss the issue. Thought you"d find this interesting.

Laurens, I don't know how the SEC decides to investigate a company. I am sure that stockholder complaints is often a factor.
