[CLECs]

H.Wai --

More answers than you wanted:

Comprehensive discussion of CLECs and DSL:
ctvm.com

FAQs from Ameritech:
ameritech.com

CLEC starter kits from Bell South:
bellsouth.com

More how-tos:
amsinc.com

As for my comment on Teleport, a recent WSJ article clears up the issue: GTE dwarfs them:

<<<Teleport, which has less than 1% of the $100 billion Bell-GTE local-phone market, is a pop gun next to the Bells' formidable firepower.>>>>

<<What does A/R stand for? Also, do you know who is the other Ascend's customer who counted for more than 10% of Ascend's revenue last quarter beside UUnet? >>

A/R = Accounts Receivable

I can only think of three possibilities, if it isn't Worldnet.

PSINET
NTT (probably not as their buying pattern was "slow" in Q4)
AGIS (who was doing Q4 major upgrades - possible, but not likely)
