Hi Philv, This isn't new information, just a copy of a broker sending information about the takeover offer to one of their clients. Read the Titan MInerals' circular everyone received. You know that phone book sized mailing we all were sent ... the one that no one ever reads .... well almost everyone. See page 29 7. Shareholders Not Resident in Canada. Not to worry, Titan has some "material" issues to deal with in Peru regarding their key asset, the Vista MIll.
