You're right - lots of folks don't even know what a Zip drive is and at some point they might need one. Awareness of the product is certainly a positive, and there is plenty of money in that advertising budget to address my concerns - I actually looked at the back of the box of the external Zip at Price Club for the first time, and the variety of uses they described is just what I would like to see them get out in front of the large number of consumers (mostly guys, I suspect) who love new gadgets. BTW, your home videos sound a heckuva lot more interesting than mine.
