Does Anil holding a note on the lab mean he gets the lab "if" Nano fails?
I'm not a BK expert (or even a lawyer): If NNVC defaults I don't think Diwan automatically gets the full $5 Mn plant, but he would have first hold on the plant until he gets his $1 Mn (plus 1% per month). I suspect he has the inside track to get it at a fire-sale price...and I don't think that's all NNVC owes Diwan.

And if Diwan gets HerpeCide into some early phase of human trials, I think (if memory serves me correctly) he will be owed another $4 Mn.
