Steve,

No Electronic SEC Filings? That is what I suspected. How is this
going to effect Nasdaq Small Cap Listing? From my understanding
of the new Nasdaq rules which go into effect next month, all
companies will have to follow "corporate governance" requirements
which include filing quarterly and annual reports along with all of
the other requirements(minimum share price, etc...)

I once owned stock in a chinese steel company that trades on the
Nasdaq and they filed all of those wonderful reports with the SEC
on a regular basis and those reports were very enlightening.

I have E-mailed Nasdaq and TRIBY to ask them how these new
rules will effect Triby, not sure how good an answer I'll get.

Thanks,
Yo Yo
